Access Plan
Access Plan is a smart choice if:
- You need weekday wheels or a second car from time to time.
- You like the sound of no annual fee.
- Long-term commitments give you the shivers.
What does it cost to join?
- No annual membership fee.
- No deposit.
- $30 insurance check.
What does it cost to drive?
- Depending on the car model, drive from $9.25/hour and $79/day (any 24-hour period).
- Fuel, insurance and up to 125 kilometers per day are free.
Can I change my plan?
- You can upgrade to an annual Everything Plan or Extra Value Plan at any time. The Everything Plan is a $65 annual fee. The Extra Value Plan has a $50 monthly commitment. However, the Access Plan is a limited offer and may no longer be available once you opt out.
What about housemates or family?
- Once you join, you can add other drivers to your account. It's $30 for an insurance check. There is no annual fee.

To cover short-term changes in costs (fuel, parking, etc.), sometimes we have to raise or lower our rates a little. So when you book a reservation, check the estimated cost. This will show you the current price (minus tolls, extra mileage or other incidental charges). Select holidays will reflect seasonal weekend rates. When reserving, check the price shown to see your actual reservation cost.
